Employment Readiness Services

VOA provides employment readiness services for the adults participating in our various programs, including residents of our permanent housing, men and women served by our Reentry Center, and parents whose children attend our Children's Center. Our staff provide low-income and previously homeless men and women with assistance preparing for and conducting job searches, including resume preparation, interview coaching, and workplace behavior guidance to give participants confidence as they rejoin the workplace.

The Working Wardrobe outfits participants with business clothing for job interviews and full time positions. Participants who receive a referral from a community partner can make an appointment to receive the outfits to help them dress for success.
