This year's tournament is once again at Locust Hill Country Club located at 2000 Jefferson Rd, Pittsford, NY 14534. Below are important details that will make your day fun and easy the day of the tournament!

    Fuel up with great food throughout the day! We've got you covered with meals and snacks from sunrise to sunset:

    • 7:15AM-11:00AM - Bright and early! Coffee & donuts from Donuts Delight will be available at the Pro Shop to help you start your day off right.
    • 10:45AM-2:30PM There will be grilled hamburgers & hotdogs, chips, fruit salad & cookies for lunch -- buffet style! Enjoy your meal on the Patio or ask for it to be “boxed” and you can take it out on the course and eat as you go.
    • ___________: Cool down with some ice cream! Abbott’s Ice Cream pinwheels are available just outside of the Pro Shop (courtesy of Walsh-Duffield).
    • 4:00PM-7:30PM Grab your dinners-to-go at the Bag Drop. If you don't want to leave just let -- stay and enjoy your meal on the Patio! Meal vouchers can also be picked up at Bag Drop. 
    • 4:00PM-7:30PM Sit, Sip and Relax! There is drink coupon in your registration package – good for beer, wine or soda (and cash is good for anything else)! There will be some cheese & crackers out for snacks!

    We will also have a 50/50 raffle, so make sure to buy your tickets at registration when you arrive!

  • Beverages

    Stay hydrated with refreshing drinks!

    There are FREE beverages on the course (including beer, water and soda) at the Hole #4 Tee Box,

    There are FREE beverages on the course (including beer, water and soda) at the Hole #4 Tee Box, Hole #11 Tee Box, Hole #16 Tee, and between Holes #7 and #8 there will be a tent with beverages in the cooler. There is also a cash bar located on the patio at the turn and a beverage cart will be circulating throughout the day beginning at 9:30AM.

    VOA's President & CEO, Lynn Sullivan, will also be on Hole #1 waiting to take a picture of your group. She will have a cooler filled with water if you need it before you head out!

    How to Play: Roll the die and let your score for the hole be determined by the dice.

    Longest Drive
    Hole #6 - Men, Hole # 10 - Women

    How to Play: Hit the longest drive during the course of play and win a prize! Shot must be in the fairway when it comes to rest. A marker is provided by the golf course to mark the distance of the longest drive and identify the winner.

    Closest to the Pin
    Hole #5 - Men, Hole # 15 - Women

    How to Play: The golfer who hits the ball closest to the hole for the day wins a prize! A marker will be provided by the golf course for golfers to identify the closest shot to the hole.

    Hole #9 Contests
    (Cost: $25)

    How to Play Hole-in-One: If a golfer makes a hole-in-one witnessed by our team of volunteers then they win a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport donated by Van Bortel Ford!

    How to Play Beat the Pro: The Golf Pro will tee off first and then individual players can wager $25 that they can hit closer to the pin than the pro. If you do not hit closer to the pin on the drive off the tee, then the money you wagered goes into the pot of donations to support VOA. If you do beat the pro, you win double your wager back in a pro shop certificate.

    Each player tees off on each hole. The best of the tee shots is selected and all players play their second shots from that spot. The best of the second shots is determined, then all play their third shots from that spot, and so on until the ball is holed.

    COURSE RULES:

    • Men play from WHITE tees. Women play from the GOLD tees.

    • Please wear collared shirts. Jeans and cargo pants are not allowed.

    • Please turn in scorecards to the pro shop immediately following play.

    • In case of lightening, Locust Hill will sound a horn to evacuate the course. You may take shelter inside the clubhouse or your personal vehicle until the storm passes and play resumes.
