Rochester fourth grader helps kids without a home celebrate their birthday

When a family is combating homelessness, usually they don't have the time or the means to provide a birthday for their children. Nina participates in Volunteers of America's "Brightening Birthdays" program – a birthday celebration program that helps homeless children and their families during a time of need.
