Events

Each year we help more than 10,000 people in Upstate New York rise above the challenges of poverty with a safety net to help them start over. This would not be possible without the enthusiasm of our donors and partner organizations to raise awareness and celebrate the lives being changed in our communities. Throughout the year you will find events that offer opportunities to get involved and support those we serve. Below is a list of our main events throughout the year:

Film Screening

We invite you to join Volunteers of America on April 30 for a special documentary screening of “Americans with No Address” followed by a panel discussion moderated by WXXI’s Evan Dawson. Tickets on sale now.
